How to use Sureshield treated pellets

Add to master batch prior to extrusion or molding

For most types of plastic, Sureshield treated pellets can be added to your native resin prior to extrusion or molding at a low level of use. Sureshield treated pellets become part of the overall plastic and do not affect color or physical properties. Treated with an antimicrobial additive, when added to the resin, Sureshield treated pellets provide built-in protection from the growth of odor and stain-causing bacteria, molds, mildews, and fungi on the plastic. Sureshield treated pellets are easy to handle and can be transported by air, sea, or ground.

To treat plastic and rubber substrates after part formation, use Sureshield liquid coatings.
